We will continue to refine our ideas, think more broadly, and pursue the very limits of performance,by developing innovative technology, and realizing the pinnacle in micro machining.We do not aim for these goals to simply boast of our knowledge, abilities, or achievements as pioneers.Rather, we aim to be a leading company in micro machining, with the soul of a Machining Artist.We will take on new challenges with no doubt to achieve our singular purpose of a “vision for micro machining centers”.

The meaning of our name “Roku-Roku”
「公等碌々、所謂因人、成事者也」
“Kōra roku-roku, iwayuru hito-ni yorite, koto-wo nasu mono nari”*
“Only when individuals combine their strengths and qualities, and motivate each other, can they become truly strong.”
*Japanese transliteration of a quote by Mao Sui (Retainer of Lord Pingyuan, State of Zhao, 3rd century BC China), The Records of the Grand Historian.
Management Philosophy
The Roku-Roku Spirit
Shoichi Noda, the founder of the company, left us with these words as a guideline for management:
“Machine tools are a specialized utility product, meant for those who require them as a means, not an end, of production.”
In short, this means that we should provide machine tools that generate profit for our customers who utilize them.
Even if our market is small, we do everything in our power to solve our customers’ problems. That is the “Roku-Roku Spirit” that lives in us today.
We started research and development of printed circuit board fabrication machines
and micro fabrication machines through small consultations with our customers.
There is no end to the development of industry. Machines are upgraded in pace with the development of civilization.
We intend to embody the “Roku-Roku Spirit”, cultivated as we survived for over a century, as we constantly undertake new challenges that come our way,
and forever continue to be “ROKU-ROKU SMART TECHNOLOGY, both old and new”.
